Prunes are a good source of Potassium, Vitamin A and Calcium. Prunes are great snack, can be used in baking, porridge, smoothies, granola bars.

Because of that fiber and natural sugar in plums called sorbitol which have laxative properties when eating prunes you may experience digestive issues. It’s very beneficial to add them to your diet, just don’t overeat them.
