Peach and lemon smoothie is sweet, packed with flavor and lots of nutrients. Adding lemon juice to the smoothie makes it more zingy and fresh. It doesn’t make it sour as peach and banana give the smoothie a lot of sweetness. If you are not sure if you will like the lemon juice in the smoothie, add a bit first, blend and taste. If you feel like it, add more lemon juice and blend again.
This is a really clean smoothie that will wake up you and your taste buds.
Depending on the size of the avocado and banana you might want to add a bit more water so the smoothie is not too thick. Have a go and adjust the liquid amount to make the smoothie to your liking.
- 1 cup of spinach (tightly packed)
- 1 small avocado
- 1 peach
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- juice of 1 lemon
- 250ml / 1 cup of filtered water*
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
