Red berry smoothie aka the lazy breakfast. Throw few things into blender lazy breakfast. The most difficult part is to peel the banana. That’s the level of difficulty we are dealing with here. I think that can be managed even on the most challenging morning.
The smoothie is fresh and not too sweet. Few dates can be added to amp the sweetness but for me, the slight sourness from the yogurt and berries in of this smoothie is one it benefits.
