Clean eating green pancakes are loaded with spinach which is the reason for the green color of the pancakes. Which I think is kinda fun 🙂 Not to mention it’s a great way to add spinach to your diet.
The batter fort the pancakes is made entirely in the blender. Just add all the ingredients, blend until smooth and dangerously green. And that’s it. Very easy to do.
All you have to do is to cook the pancakes, but it’s easily done with good nonstick pan and high heat. And then the fun part begins.

- Heat good non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Add all ingredients to the blender (spinach first). Pulse few times until ingredients are roughly combined and then blend until smooth.
- Cook the pancakes on a dry pan (if the pan is a good nonstick pan, adding oil is unnecessary).
- Serve with yogurt or peanut butter, fruit and sesame seeds.
