Carrot and tahini smoothie is a surprisingly delicious result of recipe testing. This combo is quite strange but oh my does it work.
Carrot, apple, and bananas are quite sweet and I needed something to cut through this sweetness otherwise this smoothie would be like eating candy. First sip might have been blissfully sweet and delicious but by the end of the smoothie it would be sickly sweet.
Fuel Your Body, Charge Your Day
- 2 small carrots - approx ¾ cup
- 1 apple - approx ¾ cup
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- juice of half a lemon - approx 1½ tablespoon
- 1 cup / 250ml of filtered water
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
