Apricot and carrot smoothie

Apricot and carrot smoothie recipe - apricots, carrot, bananas, oats, sunflower seeds and golden linseed blended into a sweet and zingy breakfast smoothie.

Apricot and carrot smoothie was a test of blending a carrot. Blending a carrot worked just fine and no high-speed blender is necessary, my standard blender pureed the carrot beautifully.

Carrot is a good base, apricots are the zingy flavour and banana is the creamy sweetness.

Oats, sunflower seeds, and linseed are the smoothie boosters to make apricot and carrot smoothie a balanced smoothie.

The result is a sweet, creamy and delicious smoothie.

Blend and enjoy! 🙂
