Apricot and carrot smoothie was a test of blending a carrot. Blending a carrot worked just fine and no high-speed blender is necessary, my standard blender pureed the carrot beautifully.
Carrot is a good base, apricots are the zingy flavour and banana is the creamy sweetness.
The result is a sweet, creamy and delicious smoothie.

Fuel Your Body, Charge Your Day
- Wash the carrot, chop off the ends and roughly slice the carrot.
- Add to the blender with approx 50 ml of water and blend until smooth *
- Wash, destone the apricots and add to the blender.
- Add bananas, oats, sunflower seeds, golden linseed and remaining water to the blender and blend again until smooth.
