Few years ago I made a decision to start eating healthy. I was struggling with my health (and weight) and I wanted to make a change.
It wasn’t easy.
I didn’t know how to cook so it’s healthy, doesn’t take hours to prepare and I can actually enjoy eating.
I needed to get creative. I redesigned my recipes to be clean and healthy. I simplified the way I cook so it’s quick and easy. It took a while, but now I spend no more time in the kitchen than I did before and I cook all meals from scratch!
Plus I am not missing anything in the taste department either and I’m 3 sizes smaller!
